Samsung UE55MU6500 back light blinking and won’t start up

Hi all, I’ve got a Samsung curves tv UE55MU6500 that just failed to start up and the back light started blinking, I’ve taken the back off, when I’ve unplugged the main board from the power board the back light stop blinking and stay steady, is this a good inductor to say the main board needs replacing? Thanks
