I am new here. I found this site, while looking for a website to find out what to do about my cable service! I get the worst service in the world! It goes off about 4 times a day for at least 45 minutes at a time, and when they send techs out to help me, they tell me it's a problem with Adelphia's software and that they are WORKING ON IT, and that I can't get credit!
THEN, they have been charging me $485.00 a month! I paid 485.00 March 16th and it's now April 6th, and they are saying I owe another 460.00! I am not ordering PPV movies, I don't owe for boxes, or anything like that! My normal bill is 140.00, and they can't tell me WHY they are charging me this ridiculous amount!
Does anyone know what I can do about this? Their customer service sucks, no one will help me. And I'm being billed over 450 a month for nothing! Please help!
