Working for a cable company, I am always wondering what people think of their current (or past) cable providor. What do/did you have, and what do/did you think of them?

Seeing how I work for Time Warner, it's pretty obvious what I voted for. But, there are a few things that I don't like about Time Warner. The biggest thing is SARA, our guide, it's slow, hard to use (for people who have never used our guide), and just a pain in the butt.

Also, for some reason we still use the SA Explorer 2000 boxes, which are old, slow, and when using stuff like On Demand programming, it is unresponsive at time, and will sometimes lock up if somebody calls your digial phone (when the CallerID on TV pops up).
