Non-Digital Filters

I am on a small old cable system. No cable boxes and not digital. One channel has a un-viewable picture and some noise on it. It use to be channel 18 and I had a filter for that one now it is 25 and I am looking for the filter for it and I can't find anyplace that is selling them anymore. They all want to sell the Digital cable filter(It want help me) any one have a link or something to get ahold of a few of these. I no they still got to be out there I can't find the info on who I got from before(probally 3 years or more ago).
