Qwest Choice TV (Analog)

Does any one know if Qwest is scrambled or what?
The premium channels have some horizontal lines
with a vertical flutter, and a constant buzz with the
sound. I've had other companys, no other scramble
looked like this. I don't use a box, just cable ready
tv. If I want to order a PPV I just call and the signal
on that channel comes in perfect??????
