OK.. I am starting to think I made this cartoon up.
It was early 90's late 80's. It was like beverly hills 90210 for kids. The only character names I remember are Blair who I think rode a horse and was blonde. There was a snobby girl (who looked like Veronica from Archie) named Bianca. She had a butler kid that liked her and he wore a uniform and he was a clutz. There was another blonde who had a blonde boyfriend. My sister remembers it too so I think it existed.
Anyone????
