Hi, I'm currently researching into the question "have the boundaries for childrens cartoons changed in terms of content and representation throughout the last 20-30 years ?". The main areas of focus involves - increase in violence?
- issues expressed in cartoons?
- change in language?
Cartoons being researched - tom and jerry, itchy and scratchy, the simpsons, southpark, anime series, teenage mutant ninja turtles, rugrats.
I would be very grateful if you could provide your insight into this topic and why you agree/disagree with the question. THe boundarys have always been shifting. It is just that if you can draw, you can draw anything that flashes past your brainbox.Even if it is violent. --------------------------------------------------------- Olivias Top lines."Flaversham"! "I will never forget you" "Hello Toby". "You dont understand". -------------------------------------------------------- Tehwhack
