Nintaus n5119a child lock

recently someone sat on the remote for my nintaus n5119a tv and activated some form of child lock. I get a blue screen with a red padlock symbol in one of the bottom corners. None of the controls respond on teh remote, or the tv itself, which makes sense as it['s a child lock. The issue is that this feature is completely undocumented in the manual. They have also left out a contact number, and on ever site stocking nintaus, they only seem to stock teh dvd players. I'm under the impression there is a speciffic key code i have to hold down for however long, does anyone have ANY idea where i can find this code?
