RCA Guide Plus Stopped Updating

 My RCA GuidePlus Gemstar feature has stopped updating--no matter what I do! The channel listings are still there, but where the programs should be it says no listing. This has been going on for almost 3 months. I have somewhat given up on getting it to work, but I love the convenience, accuracy and information available with GuidePlus. The television is an 1999 RCA model (F25645) Entertainment Series... older but otherwise in perfect working order. I would greatly appreciate any help, insight or instructions for restarting this feature, including whether the service is still available or not.
