TV PROBLEM; Manufacturer Wharfedale

Make:- Wharfedale Model: M8 Local Voltage:- 240 TV Hello fellow engineers, this 28 inch Wharfedale originally had the following symptoms. Would appreciate your help and guidance - Dead: 'Power' ON/OFF LED' not visible at switch on
- Further checks revealed a s/c on two pins of the BU508A LINE o/p transistor
- New Bu508A fitted; 'Power Led now on
- Pressing 'Programe/Channel buttons, UP/DOWN (With LOPT out of circuit) revealed momentary line drive waveform
- Unfortunately the line drive waveform died after about two seconds
- This 'line drive on/line drive off cycle' can be repeated as long as you keep pressing the P1/P2 buttons
- B+ Voltage 145 V
- Have no circuit diagram.
- Kind of at a loss where to proceed
- No apparent s/c or leaks on line driver transistor
- HELP!
