can't get all freeview channels

Hi all,
I am hoping somebody can help me out here? I have a PHILIPS 28DW6557 and everything works fine apart from not being able to pickup on a handful of freeview channels (itv2; bbc3 and a couple more). I have tried searching for new channels and storing new channels but to no abet. Is there anyway I can reset the TV to factory settings? Perhaps this may work – what do you think?
