toshiba cf30d50 Can't Post

Frown i have a toshiba cf30d50. for the past 2 weeks the video would slightly shrink and if i slightly tap it on the side it goes back to full screen and no probs. the other day i went to turn it on and got nothing. i took it apart and cleaned alot of dust out of it and found that one of the fast acting 1.6 250 volt fuse was blown. replaced the fuse and it started to come on but nothing .power light does not come on but you can hear it click like it is trying to power on. also it looks like fuse has blown again. what mite be the problem?

Re: [Guest] toshiba cf30d50 [In reply to] Can't Post

Mine just started the same problem. Won't come on after being off for a while. However, if you unplug unit from power source and plug back in, it will come back on. (Keep trying). Serviceman came out today and said power board going out, unplugging resets circuit. Sooner or later it will go out completely and not power back up, so I just leave mine on all the time for now till I'm ready to buy again.

You can get a service manual for this TV model at www.tritronicsinc.com for $15 plus $7.95 shipping. Good luck with your repairs.
