Zenith Z35X21D TV came in with bad qx3481 trans. in power supply {shorted} and an open fuse fx3401. I replaced the bad items also replaced icx3431. Now the TV comes intermittently when it comes on it has perfect picture and will play until turned off. I have scoped the drive signal to the horiz out trans when it tries to come on the signal is there momentarily. The B+ voltage on the collector of the Horiz out trans is 134.1 when the set is not running when running 130.7.
