1 box - 2 dishes Can't Post

If I have a dish on my house and pay for the service, can you get a 2nd dish, say for the boat and use the same box without paying the entire fee? That way I could take the box back and forth from the house to the boat?

Yes just don't connect the phone jack and no one will know where the receiver is located. You will get the same programming as you have at home.

You can't get the local networks from the second location.

Example you live in Balto Md and get Balto locals.

You go to Florida for 2 months in the winter. At your Florida house you have a dish set up.You bring your receiver with you to Florida. You get all your channels execpt your local network channels(ABC,CBS,NBC,FOX,WB,UPN).They are on a spotbeam sat that dosen't cover Florida.

Never connect the phone to receiver, order pay per view online if you want pay per view event.
