5 LNB Dish Can't Post

I just had the 5 LNB Dish put up even though my locals in HD aren't yet availible yet. What I am wondering is the signal strength off the 99 and 103 aren't the best, what should it be. 110, 101 and 119 are very good. Also even though my loacals aren't there yet should I be getting any other channels or are those coming at a later date?

Thanks Mike

Locals are the only thing on sats @ 99 and 103
Your location in the USA determines what is a max signal strength. Stronger (higher )in the south.

The reason I ask is the signal is on only a very few transponders, you would think I would see other channels even though I don't subscribe just like on the other channels.

Thanks for your response, Mike.
