ANOTHER NEW CHARGE FOR 5 HD CHANNELS	Can't Post

I am drawing a line, not one more penny to Direct tv for HD stations particularly for stations we were included all along!!!
I thought I had all the HD stations with premier. I was more than angry at the 10 dollars extra for HD service but I was told the 10 a month included all HD stations now and in the future for one charge.
NOW Direct TV is making 5 HD channels cost users an extra special H Def buy for 4.95 a month. HDNET, the Smithsonian, MGMHD, and a couple more are no longer included, THESE 5 CHANNELS NOW COST HD USERS ANOTHER 4.95 A MONTH ON TOP OF THE 10 WE PAY TO GET HD PROGRAMMING.
I refused to pay it and I am EVEN CUTTING BACK THE CHANNELS SUBSCRIBE TO WITH DIRECT TV.
I am now looking at free to air satelite TV I'm sick of all the filthy mouthed imbeciles who pretend they are being funny when they are really insulting us.
NO ONE SAID DIRECT TV WAS GOING TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR HD STATIONS, ARE THESE PEOPLE AT DIRECT TV NUTS OR WHAT?? WHERE WILL IT END UNLESS WE CUSTOMERS DRAW A LINE AND SAY, "THATS IT, I WONT STAND FOR ANYMORE OF YOUR ATTEMPTS TO ROB ME FOR MORE MONEY"!!!
I am also looking for others like me who had subscribed TO total premier service and expected to get the HD stations along with the regulars!
Is there an attorney who will help us with a class action suit against direct tv????

Having the thoughts of everything we hear without confirming of how we understood a policy can always backfire when the FINE print is ignored/ ask/ or mentioned. As a costumer, you should inform yourself and after REVIEWING their policy or before start having business with them. Then, start asking questions before considering their service. Trust me! you are not the only one in this matter and I can understand perhaps the beginning, You are excited with the subscription nevertheless under the impression not aware there's always fine print which a representative is not going to address unless you are concerned about it. And Again, you are mad at DIRECT TV which is a Company run by enormous individuals (could be a former COMCAST terminated employee who got a 2nd chance from DIRECT TV) who knows!........Also, Any Policy can change prior with or without notice. When you start having their service, You maybe under the rate during their PROMOTIONAL period and after that period, The charge applies to the current. HD programmings cost a lot of money. Rate can go up anytime without you knowing. I don't think this is a form of INSULTING when you misinformed. I am telling you right now. if you have another issue like Poor signal or not satisfied with performance then you have a case to file complaints ONLY when not address. As far as $5 to $10 difference added in your bill? will you PLEASE MAKE A CHOICE. To continue your subscription or not.
Your last question:>Is there an attorney who will help us with a class action suit against direct tv???? .> of course " if there's a will, there's a way! but you will look silly for a long long time after an attorney review your case. do you have enough FUNDING ready for a CLASS ACTION? The only way is:> are you in or are you out?..

We have all the stations with premier with local channels and High Definition.
We have 3 high def boxes and 2 standard that we pay mirror charges for as well.
Its chiseling to try and charge twice for high def. They have relented and given us the stations but if they try again I am getting the
