After Storm	Can't Post

We had a major storm. Aside from cable being down, Both my tivo reciever and my direct TV receiver state they are not receiving satellite signal.The Tivo still plays my saved programs but cannot access a signal. My Direct TV receiver states I should move the dish 3 Degrees.
I tried replacing the multiswitch but no go. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Same exact problem. Yesterday a lightning storm hit my area and all I get is a "searching for signal" prompt. I checked to see if I was getting any signal and all transponders are at 0. One thing I noticed that may or may not be part of the problem is that the plastic cup protector fell off the pick up sensor pointing at the dish. But it was off for weeks prior and I was still getting a signal.

Follow up on previous post. I changed the LNB for a new one from Best Buy and it fixed the problem on both receivers. $43 and a half hour labor total. I'll let you know if more problems arise but for now the picture is crystal clear.
