Here's a link for installation numbers http://www.sadoun.com/...ading-Calculator.htm

Go to bottom of page and enter your zip code-this will give your latitude and longitude numbers.Just enter them and get your Elevation,Azizmuth, tilt numbers.

When you buy a new dish, the instructions will tell which direction to point the dish.

Just mount the dish and set the dish to elevation number from the website, then azizmuth, and tilt. When you see the instructions these numbers will make more sense.

Turn the receipt from the new dish in to your homeowners insurance if you are filing a claim.

Another option is to buy a dish and if any of neighbors are getting a service call for dish repair, offer the guy a few dollars to install yours.Or call the local install guy and get a quote for a new dish and installation Since your service address was in NJ when the storm hit, there is no way to get Directv to help.Sorry
