Direct TV Question Can't Post
I was using a Direct TV satellite receiver last year for tailgating purposes. I had the card activated by a friend of mine who was a subscriber as I don't use satellite at my home.

He has since cancelled his service. I have not hooked up the receiver since then. Is there a chance that it might still work.

No,unless you are a lucky guy.

If the receiver was hooked-up when the account was cancelled,the card was zapped.

If the receiver was not hooked-up to the sat dish or a phone line,then maybe it would work.But as soon as you hooked it up the card would be zapped.
