Direct TV VS Dish Network Can't Post

I can't make up my mind. What is the better choice and why? If there is a thread on this already please direct me to it.

Thanks!

Re: [nikkos] Direct TV VS Dish Network [In reply to] Can't Post

There are threads everywhere about this question.

The big difference is the amount of sports.Directv has all the sports you want to pay for.

Dish sometimes gets into fights with cable networks( fees for carriage) and some channels get pulled until they reach an agreement.Directv never loses a channel over fees.

Directv as of March 1 is only leasing equpiment, and some of the expensive sat recievers (hd,HD DVR) require a two year commitment. The others are still one year.

Dishnet has more options that DTV and also offered prepaid. Sports are about the same except for DTV having NFL sunday ticket. Dishnets customer satisfaction rate is by far better than DTV and Dish is doing alot more with HDTV than DTV. Echo 10 sat will be up soon running with tons of HD using a single dish again and not a second dish to view.
