DiretctTV forcing DVR programming	Can't Post

Today I noticed that there are 2 new programs on my VOD list. One of them is Cd-USA, the other how to use my DVR,not sure how you all feel about it but I think it is the dumbest show there is. My question was why is it on my DVR. First I question the family, no one recorded it. So I call Direct TV and the say that they put it on there and that I can not delete it. I totally flipped and reqested to talk to a supervisor. He tells me that they have the right to do it and that it was in the owners manual of the DVR. I can't seem to find it. I can not believe they are now foring things on my DVR. I own that reciever thay own the card. I asked and they said yes that is true. What gives them the right to put anything on "MY" DVR?? Check your DVR I bet that it's on yours too. They say that they will continue to do so as they please and that there is nothing that I can do about it. I am soooo close to going back to cable. This is going to be the last straw with Dirct TV. If enough people call in to complain maybe they will stop this and let me record what I want not what they think I want. If this upsets you please call and complain about it tell them to stop forcing programming on you!!!

Cd-USA has been added to D* months ago,are you just seeing it in your dvr?

Are they being recorded or just added to your channel guide?

The other is channel 578 which D* for information for installers.
Can't you delete them from your user profile/

I know that the show has been out but this is the first time it was recorded on my DVR. It shows up in my recorded shows list, it is listed in the showcase area of my VOD. It's an hour long And I can not delete it, it has an expiration date. The only reason I noticed it is because I have to scroll past it to get to what I recorded. DirectTV told me it is something they always had the ability to do but this is the first time they usedit. And they are planning to use it more in the future. I talked to a supervisor and he was the one who told me that. I think it is bull, It takes up an hour of my drive and I have to look at it. That is what got me mad in the first place. I just called to ask them to remove it and they said they couldn't do it and niether could I. I wish I could hack the DVR but all web sites say it isn't possible. BTW it is a r15 Phillips, with a useless USB port on the front. What a load it crap. What's next?
