Freeze frames on older RCA Receivers

Direct TV has recently changed the encoding parameters on several channels. Older RCA Receivers (DRD40x) can not decode these signals. The symptom is freezes or "stuttering" video with no audio. This affects channels 260 (WE), 308 (SLTH), 357 (CNBCW), 371 (TCC) and 527 (ENCW). There may be additional channels affected by this problem, but these are the ones I have confirmed.
