HR21-100 Reciever issue Can't Post

I am new to this forum, so I apologize for possibly rehashing an old subject.

I have been going round and round with Direct TV on an issue with an HD receiver I have. It is an HR21-100 receiver and I continually get the "searching for sat signal (721)" message. I have had two technicians out here four different times in the past month. When I speak to Direct TV about the receiver they tell me "there is a known issue with the receiver and there is no resolution at this time". That was the exact quote! Then finally Direct TV said "we will send you a replacement receiver." Guess what? They sent me the same receiver!
If there is a known issue and it will give me the same error message (every 5 minutes), why the heck send me the same lame receiver?!Mad
I am calling them Monday morning and giving them 30 days to rectify the issue for good. If they cannot get their act together, I am so gone from them, I do not care about any 2 year contract. I have documented every phone call, every visit, every lame excuse they have given me.
It is obvious that Direct TV has substantially slipped over the past year and after ten loyal years of being their customer, they will loose me forever.
