I have a Hughes SD-DVR-40 receiver with a circuit problem. The fan does not work. Continually overheats. Replaced the fan with no luck. There is 12V at the board but once I hook it up, I lose the voltage. Can't find any information tips etc on this box. Anyone have any experience with it?
