Install problem Can't Post

I have Direct TV at home in NJ. I come to PA house once a month. I decided to bring one of my receivers from home here. I got a round dish cause I here it is easier to install. I have done everything and get very strong signal, but only on transponders 22-32. When I do the test it comes up tuner failed. Whats the scoop can anyone help?

If you are getting a signal strenghth of 80 or higher on transponders 22 thur 32 and your sure the disn is aligned right.

Your rf ( coax) connectors might not be on tight.Sounds like a connection problem.

Using rg-6,correct? Is the coax lenghth from dish to receiver 100 ft or less?

Any multi switch involved (used when connecting more than 2 receivers) ?
