Jumpy Picture DVR

I have a Direct Tv DVR with Tivo. It is about a year and a half old. The picture has been jumpy lately, not to bad but enough to be annoying. I know its not the dish because my other receivers work fine, Is my DVR about to break?? Anyone have any ideas or suggestons it would be really appreciated
