Nascar Hot Pass Can't Post

Attached is my complaint I filed today with the attorney general about how they mislead me.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I need some assistance in dealing with a company "Direct TV" that was mis-leading in sponsoring a program package to it's customers. Please review the email transactions below which refer to my complaint. The first showing of the NASCAR Hot Pass was a free broadcast and was broadcast in High Definition which I feel lead me to believe that the entire season would be broadcast in HD. No where did they indicate that the rest of the season would not be in HD. As you can see I communicated to them at once that I was unpleased and asked them to cancel that portion of my program pack. Which amounted to two payments of $49.50. Needless to say they did not do this and tonight on the phone they advised me that they would not credit my account and I had to pay for it. As you can se from the below message I ask them to look at my Direct TV receivers history so that they can see I have not watched these races utilizing the NASCAR Hot Pass service. They have a phone line hooked up to my receiver that collects all the data on shows I watch. Please also not the two messages that they have not responded to It is apparent to me that Direct TV utilized deceptive tactics to profit from its customers.

Are you going to cancel this or do I have to cancel all my services from you? I've been with your company a long time but Charter cable is making great offers. Either cancel this Hot Pass or I call Tuesday and turn off all my services. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ -----Original Message-----

Details: I do not want Hot Pass if you are not going to broadcast in HD. Last week you broadcast Daytona in HD... That is the only reason I signed up. Mis-leading!
