Password given to TV Can't Post

Is there any option to keep a television password protected? I mean, there should a password in order to open/ access a TV, and the person knowing that password should alone be able to aceess the TV channels. Please let me know if there is such an option available in the recent TV sets.

No password for any tv that I know about.

Directv sat box have passwords you can add to block channels.

If you block all channels with password protection nothing would be shown on your set without using the password.

Hi, thanks for your reply. But is it possible to block all channels in a regular TV set?

You can block all channels on the sat receiver and no sat channels will come on without the password.Just don't forget the password!
