Signal won't lock in

I recently relocated my dish and upgraded to a oval with 3 LINBs. Now my signal will not lock in. Sat A just keeps bouncing. I thought maybe it was a clearance problem, so I relocated it up on my roof and still the same. Signal bounces from about 30 to 70 and then to 0. Frustrated! Is it a postioning problem or wiring problem?
