Trouble Getting All Satellites	Can't Post

I have a 5 lnb dish and live in Arizona I am traveling to the east and have the dish on the side of my motor home and am having trouble picking up 99 B. I have tried setting up the dish using the dither approach with an Acutrac 2 Signal Meter with no success. Does being in the east affect me being able to get my western locals?
