Why when you can just add a receiver to the account for only $4.99 month.
The problem is going to be the phone line. You need a phone line connected for certain Directv packages like the sports subscribtions ( NFL Sunday Ticket , etc )
If you have a second phone line you could use, use that number on the new account.
If you need to do it just run a coax line form the sat dish , get a new receiver and when you call to activate just add Apt B to the address or tell them you live in the guest house that uses the same address.
