Using a DTV DVR...possible to convert a rj45 jack to coaxial? Can't Post

Hi, sorry didn't know where to ask this. We want to install a DirectTV DVR, but it needs two coaxial lines for function correctly, we only have one in the room we want to use and running another line isn't an option without a lot of holes in the walls and a lot of work and money.

Is there some way to use our RJ45 jack and convert it to coaxial for the second line we need on the DVR?

Any ideas?

Adding more information, our coaxial and cat5 lines in our house all run to a center panel in our laundry room where they can be plugged into things, so I have access to the end of the cat5 cable I want to somehow use and convert at the TV and at the end to plug into the a sat box in the data panel in the laundry room where the rest of the lines connect. Sorry if that doesn't make sense, I don't really know what to call most of this stuff! Just bummed I am not going to be able to put this DVR in the room I want it in! (one of the other rooms has two coaxial outlets already, which is where it is right now.)

A dvr has dual tuners, so you need both coax lines connected.
