past purchases Can't Post

I want to erase the past purchases that are on a card for one of my direct tv receivers. Is this possible? Is the info stored on the card? If on the card, what if my card was damaged. . .would direct tv send a new one?

You can't,when plug in the phone connection it will dump the purchases.

A damaged card costs $20 for a replacement card and they want the old card returned.

You can't just buy a new card without a problem with the old card.

Then they will send you a new card and have you return the old card.

A new card costs $20.

They could also start a new one commitment for the purchase of a new card,if there was nothing wrong with old.

So the old purchases on the old card would added to your account and you would have a new one year commitment to Directv.

After a certain dollar amount of PPV charges are stored on a card then it won't accept any new PPV charges.
