We just bought a new sony hd tv and would like to use it's remote instead of the directv dvr one. Is there a way to program our Sony remote to work the directv dvr?
If not, can we buy an aftermarket dvr and use it with our dvr reciever? Would we have to go back to a regular reciever to use an aftermarket dvr?
