Hello to all who have tuned in. I am asking this on behalf of my dad who isn't quite user friendly. Yesterday he had a dtv serviceman out to install the hd service. His upstairs receiver is getting a good picture but the box in the basement is putting out a blue picture. He's running his signal from the box to a DVR to a projector. To me it sounds like the installer hooked up the wrong wires, but my dad assured me the guy tried many different configurations. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
