splitting with tivo	Can't Post

I have two tivo receivers, and want to add two regular receivers. My question is can I split the cable before the tivo, or do I have to use a multi switch?? I am fairly new to this so as much info will be appreciated.

You need a multi-switch.

Directv will provide one if have them install the new recievers,just tell them you need one.So the installer knows to bring one.
