who makes Visco t.v.

Do anyone know who would be a make of Visco television. I just got a Visco 37" (cheaper brand of t.v) and had to get my satelite company upgrade me to a HD receiver but they don't have Visco in the sytem to be able to program the receiver to my t.v. So is there a another name for Visco.
