 Boys, the problem is not volt,atmega is where you have the file to flash your atmega.... .remember to jeepers work you need to get the configuration rigth,mean the ;
Name = NAwaC41j (11 Mhz) or what ever name you put to this file ,if you have all the information or configuration .ok!!! Know let said you have this file!!! so open jeepers,See look for file then preference open there and make sure ,in browse have where is file NAwaC41j (11 Mhz)this two files you open a folder a place then together.and go jeepers
