Bell Expressvu Split

Hello, I have a Bell Expressvu Satellite splitting into 3 rooms into the house (3 satellite boxes that is) while I still have one extra spot for a cable on the splitter outside. I just recently had my aunt move in to the basement, and was wondering if I can give my box to her, and purchase another splitter to split off a split connection? My brother has a Bell box in his room, and I wanted to split off that signal into 2 so I wouldnt have to drill another hole through my house to the basement (there is way too many :/)
I already tried splitting that off using some ordinary splitter (without success of course)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
