I have sky digital and wish to extend this in order to receive French television programmes (Free to Air) via Hot Bird. My installer has supplied a dish, which looks identical to the sky dish but which points in a slightly different direction. He has also supplied a Sky Digibox, which is identical to my existing Sky Digibox except that there is no card. The only Chanel which I seem to be able to receive is TV5, which I now know I can receive anyway on Sky . (825). The new Digibox seems to be able to locate the relevant channels and indeed I can see the strip at the bottom of the screen which contains the program details etc. However, there is no sound and no picture. What do I have to do to correct the problem. How can I tell whether the dish is the right size and/or pointing in the right direction or whether I have the right Digibox. I live about 12 miles north of Liverpool
