beware of fortec reciver from some canadian dealers

i orderd the fortec receiver from candian dealer called extreame satellites , qubec....and paid$400..they said its nagravision flashed and havig all after sales assistance......i only getting free to air channels ( 4to 5 ) and they hesitate to replay my request...........beware of them...its a rip off...
