dishnetwork 2700 bad video

I have a dishnetwork 2700 model receiver, that somehow now has unviewable video. It has become black and white, and wavy and squiggly to the point of beeing unviewable. Whats funny, is that as soon as plugged in, the video signal is going to the tv, and it remains unviewable even when the box is turned on. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks. The audio portion is fine.
