Apex big screen tv problem

Apex big screen tv problem	Can't Post

I have an Apex 51 inch big screen tv....model #GB5108 rear projection (4 yrs Old)

My question is...when tv is on, the crawl at bottom of screen like on cnn is not up far enough to read it, I only see about 1/3 of it. Can I adjust anything to fix this? I have checked every thing on the remote for settings, but found nothing that helps. Any help will be well appreciated! Thankyou. Smitty

you need to get into the service mode and adjust vertical height or vertical position. your dealers techs should be able to give you the code for entering service mode if nobody posts it here. cant help you from UK further.
