I have a Zenith TV model SM2745MK8. When I turn it on the picture is fine for 6 seconds and then a 21" X 7" black retangle appears at the bottom portion of the sceen. If I change the channel the rectangle goes away but comes back in 6 seconds. Would this be a module problem or a picture tube problem?
