Digital convergence board to be replaced again

I have a toshiba TP61G90 which has had the digital convergance board replaced twice and needs to be replaced again. Does anyone know if this is a common problem with Toshibas?
I'm debating if I should get it fixed or not. I've been looking on the web for any info on this. It dosen't appear to be a common issue with my model anyways. Guess I got a lemon.
