HELP ME,,,Phillips "60" model#9p5544c102 lightning surge strike.	Can't Post

Last thur night in my area we expierenced a bad lightning storm which hit my house and surged both of my tv sets im wondering if
any would know if there is some kind of reset switch on the inside of
the set or a replaceable fuse,,now the power light comes on when I
turn it on but the big screen remains dark with nothing, my set was
manufactored in 1999,,I would really appreciate some help.

It's possible that it's just your fuse, but very unlikely. Here in the TV business, business jumps whenever there's a lightning storm, that's how we make our (limited amount of) money. When lightning hits a television it can fry a number of parts, and can be difficult to determine what. Even if you're fuse is blown, usually that's a sign of another problem. I suggest taking it in have some pro eyes detect the problem.
