HELP with a Philips 28" TV (28PW6408)	Can't Post

I have just bought a Philips 28PW6408/05, but my picture is a bit poo. When watching things like football you get blured images around players or the grass loosk digitaly put there. And now when watching TV sometmes it goes all blocky, i its really making me mad. I work in Computers and where this happends i would change a video card or somthing where this i have no idea can someone help me please.

Where are you getting the picture from? Sat box,cable or over the air?

If you are using a satellite receiver,try unplugging it for a few minutes to reset it.There is a acess card in the receiver,that reloads when you unplug the receiver.

If you have dvd player,do you have problems with the picture from the dvd?

Well the problem is shown in the Phillips progam but the fix is worse . what we have here is a problem in the main Jungle Ic this little Ic about the size of a stamp has over sixty legs on it, when we run in to this here at the shop we have learned screww buying a $55 Ic just to destroy it by trying to instal it but change the entire board
