Hitachi Ultravision 60" Bad quality Video problems	Can't Post

For some reason the video on my TV is playing like if you are watching a bad quality video on the interent, i though it was my coaxial cable from the Direct TV Dish or the Sateliite Receiver it self, but when I use the DVD or the SVHS input I still get it not as bad but you can still see the little Squary pixels on the any dark part of the movie. It just started to do that. The TV is about 10 years old but I love it.
If anyone went thru the same thing please let me know what it is.

Without a model number this will just be a shot in the dark but, with Hitachi's of that era they have a known problem with what is called the PIP module, this usal involes changing serveral caps
