In need of professional convergance board advice

Please help me someeone . I have a 46' Big Screen by Magnavox that it seems the convergence got off during our recent move * I am the do it yourself type and I knew litlle about this area of expertise . I went into the cabinet and tried a little turning of the convergence knobs myself only to be dissappointed everytime I thought I had it right then It was off somewhere else on the screen * My question is first of all is moving a Tv what makes these dang things go out or? Secondly if I were to buy a new convergence board to start anew do they come factory preset and as long as I don't move the knobs would it correct my problem ? Thurdly is there like a preste number of turns to the right or left from any particular starting point that maybe I could start a new from the current board I have * You can also reply to me directly @ JDFreight @bellsouth.net & Thanks in advance
