Mitsubishi 4561-c TV clear sound but no picture	Can't Post

can anyone help me out?......I have a big screen TV that had lost the video signal......I think it was the PIP card and had changed all the caps and jumpered a cap to the emitter of a transistor......no luck.....dose anyone know how to totally bypass the PIP card completely?
